We report four cases of ruptured infectious aneurysms of bacterial origin of the abdominal aorta, observed at Joseph Ravoahangy Andrianavalona Antananarivo Madagascar University hospital, including 1 case of listeria monocytogenes, 2 cases of salmonella and 1 case of yersinia enterocolitica. Through this small experiment, we will try to study all possible tables concerning the diagnosis and the management of ruptured infectious aneurysm of the abdominal aorta.
